Jondrea Nicole is an author, humanitarian and nurse. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University at Alexandria.  Jondrea cares deeply for people locally, nationwide and across the globe.  Thus she continues to prepare herself to meet the challenges that come with helping to make our world a better place.  To this end she has completed the curriculum and graduated from the Rapides Foundation Cenla Boardbuilders Program and currently serves as a board member with Cenla Arts and Healthcare.  Jondrea also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Rapides Parish for abused and neglected children advocating for their best interests. She is passionate about working with at risk youth and often serves as a speaker and/or workshop leader geared towards those youth.

Jondrea and her family spend time throughout the year serving at Manna House where she has spearheaded an annual health fair for the homeless and disadvantaged population in our local community.

As a writer and author she has written several books. Her writings have been shared across the United States, Canada, Nigeria and London.  In 2015 she played an integral part in the establishment of the Royal Writers Guild of Cenla which consists of writers and authors of every genre in addition to assisting others in writing and publishing their books.  Her most influential literary work is ‘Wherever’: A Coloring and Activity Book birthed from her missionary trip with Orphans Embrace in 2016.  All proceeds from the coloring book supports in the construction of the LA Reach Haiti Children’s Village, an orphanage project in Croix de Bouquet, Haiti.  In the future she plans to return to Haiti and enlist others to join her in this worthwhile project.

Whether at home, or abroad, Jondrea seeks to see the best in others. She currently serves as the Health and Wellness ministry leader at Zion Hill Church Family.  In the fall of 2017 she and her team collected over $25,000 in goods for the hurricane Harvey relief drive in Jasper, Beaumont and Nederland, TX.  They made two trips to Texas delivering needed supplies and to help with the rebuilding efforts.

Jondrea is blessed with a following of family and friends who willingly support her God given visions.  She has three children and her husband.
